Add the ability to take screenshots to the equip-able Pro Snap camera in Sim Settlements 2 - Chapter 2

In the Sim Settlements 2 forum, someone asked "why can't I take screenshots with the camera?" Well now you can.

This mods adds 3 options to the camera configurable in the settings holotape.
- Capture Steam Overlay Screenshot
- Capture Custom Screenshot
- Do not Capture a Screenshot

Steam Overlay Screenshot:

This is the same as using Steam overlay to capture a screenshot with default F12. This requires both the game being a Steam version and Steam Overlay being enabled for Fallout 4. These are stored in the default Steam directory for screenshots - Steam\userdata\71199378\760\remote\377160\screenshots

Custom Screenshot:

This is a function of the required SUP F4SE plugin. You can select the image file format. (.jpg, .bmp, .png, .tiff and .gif are supported) If you have Text Input Menu installed, you can also edit the image file name. These are store in the root directory of the game - Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4 for Steam.

After you acquire the camera and take the first picture, you will be given a settings holotape. This can also be crafted later at any City Planner Desk under Holotapes.

Notes:

You can take screenshots in first and third person views and with VATS.

Screenshots taken might not match exactly when trying to capture action. This is due to a delay I added. When you use the camera for its intended purpose a special effect is used. I have to wait for this to clear or else the captured screenshot would be plain white.

Load order should not matter as long as it loads after SS2 chapter 2. This mod will conflict with any other mod that edits the SS2C2_ProjectileNEECAM projectile.

The settings holotape is named SS2 Camera Settings.

Installation:

Either use a mod manager or extract the contents to Fallout 4/Data and enable with the in-game mod manager.
