   I've downloaded everything needed for the blueprint. Though I can't find it in the Transfer Settlements holotape. I need help to solve this, please

      sorry for the late reply but did you manage to solve the problem? when i first uploaded this i downloaded it to test and it worked fine, have you transferred any other settlements?

   Imagine if they remade Fallout 2 and kept everything it had. That would be my dream Fallout game.
