Stripped out a bunch of leveled list injection properties from the quest so that hopefully you don't find donut mix everywhere.

Coffee and Tea
Created a new Slocum's Coffee tin. Both it and the Slocum's Espresso tin are misc unscrapable items.
Coffee recipes now make batches of 4.
Espresso recipes now make batches of 3.
Tea recipes make batches of 4. Herbal Tincture makes batches of 6.
Donuts
Donuts have stats similar to snack foods and gain the same perk benefits as prewar packaged foods.
