Thank you for the awesome mod! Small suggestion: T-51 is stated -- not just in the lore of other games -- but in the very loading screens of Fallout 4 to be the 'pinnacle of mechanized protection before the Great War'. This is not exactly reflected in the stats where T-60 is strictly better than T-51, for some reason. Fallout 76 already rectified this issue so it's been taken into consideration and 'fixed' in more recent canon entries.
While I'm not suggesting to do any crazy overhauls like 76 did, would a simple stat swap like what this recent mod does be out of the question? All it does is swap T-51 and T-60's stats and leveled list entries. It's always bugged me that the very game itself lies to you on this.
-Edit-
Looking at the internals of this mod it seems simpler than I thought it would be. Making a patch myself shouldn't be too hard.
The object effects you use to reduce the drain of the Power Armor sets are backwards: "EnchPA_BatteryDamageRateT60" You have this set to -0.4, this would cause the T60 torso to drain 40% faster than a base Power Armor frame. Unless this is intentional?
I'm interested in this mod as well but after checking in FO4Edit (and everywhere I've checked online regarding the drain values, as well as another mod that does the same thing), I've come to the conclusion that you might be right, the values seem to indicate the drain rate should increase instead of decrease with those negative values.
@SpringHeelJon: could you double check if those values are correct? Should they be negative values instead of positive ones? (and if that is the case, then some of the numerical values might need readjusting, because the T-45 has a value of 0.10 in vanilla, even if it's not used, but the mod changes it to -1.00 and if it were to be possitive 1 all of a sudden I think it would just make the PABatteryDamageRate, which has a value of 1, be multiplied by 1 which, if I'm understanding it correctly, means it should drain a fusion core pretty much instantly). Perhaps I'm understanding it all wrong, in which case you might be able to clarify it if you have a minute?
Edit: Upon further inspecting the mod in FO4Edit, and regardless of the odd fusion core drain rates values mentioned above, I've realized the part of this mod I'm mostly interested in is actually just the leveled lists changes, so I've removed all the other record edits and by just leaving the leveled lists changes it also makes the mod immediately compatible with Backpacks of the Commonwealth without needing the extra patch.
Still, would be interesting to know what was going on with those drain values. I've endorsed the mod as I do find the leveled lists changes very useful.
This is a very cool mod. It will definitely need an update with the new PAs added to the mix. I will hold off on it until you add those, but I definitely want this mod running.
What levels are better PAs supposed to start sowing up ? I'm almost lvl 30 and so far I found nothing but T45's, does that mean the mod is working as intended or could I have a conflict somewhere ?

i see that there ist a compatibility patchfor backpacks of the commonwealth.
I use the backpacks of Spifferino https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/40726
I don't know how to check if this is compatible. Should it work without a patch?

Is there any way to safely remove a mod mid-game?
