Also, a minor suggestion, the requirement for Grounded hasn't been properly navmeshed and some may encounter issues with it. I myself after looking through the comments found a version of it that is: "A Little More Grounded" https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/55729/
Thanks for the tip. Will change to this new mod moving forward. There is another minor issue with grounded mod in that the audio sounds when walking over assets is same for all pieces. It is weird hearing creaking wood when walking on concrete foundations
It's not required so I didn't bother. I used some clean settlement assets initially but then swapped them out for something else. There is probably an errant foundation piece I forgot to delete knocking about. It won't effect anything important
Enemy spawn points are inside the build area so walls wouldn't be very effective. That is why guard posts have been added in each corner. Strategically placed turrets would be a better option :)
If you use something like Get Off My Build Zone to move the spawn markers outside the area, you can just build walls using the assets from Castle in the Sky to fill in gaps as the stone buildings are already pretty solid defenses.
Looks like a great settlement. I'll definitely download it but wanted to mention one mod that works great for outside borders: "Build and Scrap Beyond Workshop Boundaries": https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/12099?tab=description (I especially use it for Jamaica Plain)
