Changed Irradiated Legendary effect to a new unique "Rending Glow" effect that adds +40 Armor Piercing and +20 Radiation Damage.
Made it a new copy of the weapon (so you can safely update) and made it a unique attach point, making this a true unique weapon.
Added new "Optimized Speedloader" option to let you speed up reload speed for Rifle version as well.
Slightly reduced the Gun Nut requirements for some of the modifications to closer match the Rifleman/Gunslinger requirements so you can get the modifications earlier.
