   Does this also fix the issue where Hogarth will leave the Institute but won't head to the settlement you sent him to?

   Hello Sir!
   
   When you say replacer, do you mean to turn the original mod off or just override it? Not sure given the loose files in original mod.

   I wish someone with greater skill would modify the cells added by HH. They look so bad it brings the whole thing down, despite other qualities ;/

   I have been playing this game since 2015 and I only found out about this mod (Hilda Hughes) today and I consider myself a pretty good mod hunter. Unbelievable. This mod must be buried under a pile of other mods.
