Hey, if you find the leveled-list integration intimidating you should consider asking DankRafft for help. All his Weapon Integration Project mods add both weapons and all their modifications (excluding unique stuff of course) into the lists, through modcols and such, so they are both varied and make sense from a gameplay standpoint. It's definitely something fitting for a kit like this, I'd love to see stuff like gunners spawning with ARs in a LSW sort of configuration, with variations but without the nonsensical combos that sometimes happen in vanilla. All that aside, good job with the new parts, they're worthy additions gameplay-wise and the 'vintage' style is great and fits Fallout like a glove - perhaps you could revisit the HMAR with this approach if you've got the time :)
The Update to the Combat Rifle is AWESOME, i can run around with a chauchat now :). All I need now is wasteland variants of the Maxim and Lewis Gun and i can do a RP of a Wasteland Dough-Boy :P
Well. i can see either the Gatling laser or Minigun made to look like the Maxim, especially the latter since its horrendously under-powered, as for the Lewis Gun I dunno that one could be tricky given the nature of its Magazine location, the Only weapon with animations that can come close is likely the Plasma Rifle.
Unfortunately i don't plan on making any new guns like that, if i do id like to make my own animations. But i could throw it in my ideas list to make some potential chunky watercooled guns.
hello, can you till us which ones specifically you are working on next? i use weapon replacers and im wondering which ones i should not replace just in case
will the weapons spawn with some of the attachments in the leveled lists or is this a weapons workbench only kind of thing? It would be nice to break up the monotony of the visuals of the enemies' weapons before actually visiting the workbench
yeah there's some cool weird experimental designs that never quite stuck around, i like seeing the strange prototypes and I thought the CR and AR felt very much like that, i wanted to lean in more to that aesthetic :)
