This isn't the full FOLON game, that'll be massive! And releasing maybe this Spring hopefully. It will be game-sized, and probably a separate launcher or install of FO4 (and it's set at a different time anyway, about 50 years earlier). This is a teaser mod with just some FOLON outfits and weapons brought into FO4 via a trader who has crash-landed in a plane near the ArcJet Systems building.
Seems to me that this is just another mod to be soon abandoned just like Fallout Miami, its so much better to make less megalomaniac projects and really release something that people enjoy and congrats you for it than these huge mods that take years and end up in the shelf collecting dust! I am sorry, i don't want to disrespect the work done here but all of us that uses Nexus for years already saw this happen dozens of times with other huge mods, they all end up with lots of bugs and broken or not released at all, hope yours is different! Nice work so far for what i've seen though!
Hey, amazing stuff! So excited for FOLON. One question, does this pack of mods add the guns to the levelled lists? I really want my level lists guns to be diverse but still want to do the quest.
Just some things with this release. Near the end of the base game, sentry bot still spawned causing problems with Nick. Nick does run a bit to the left of the plane crash and does his lines but doesn't open trade menu. Doesn't pathfind back up to the flag. Also not marked essential so he can be killed. Feel like the location could have been a quest marker after the plane spawns in as well but eh. Uninstalled and redownloaded the knight armour (that armour is fire fr fr). There is that little unmarked run down building behind the plane that could have been a good spot to spawn in the npcs.
I have a question will this be still supported when the whole mod comes out with new content because it would be interesting to keep it along the main mod for use in the commonwealth even though they wouldnt technicaly fit
I've read a previous article along the lines of FOLON not being a DLC like for example the FO3 Point Lookout remake, but perhaps more akin to TTW, with separate game install or extra folders with a separate launcher - for a start it begins in 2237, half a century earlier than FO3 & FO4. As for new content I suspect as of Aug 2022 this may already be most of the "best bits" - I think the past 18 months will have been polishing world building, quests and all the playtesting, not making loads more outfits and guns etc.
+ This mod is triggered by travelling past the green car that is in between Sanctuary and Red Rocket. Can you change because I read (and after that see) a plain between this to location

I tried to start a new game but it doesn't give me the option to choose base game or London. There's a place I must reach?
