Looks fantastic, works great! 10 out of 10 for including a nice legendary unique with placement.
Only one note - Your miscmods are set up as scrap items rather than miscmods. Just need to remove the destruction data for components and change the junk/featured keywords to ObjectTypeLooseMod.
Same thing happened to me, like it was a useable weapon just invisible with no meshes/textures. I fixed it by using MO2 to extract the data from the main and texture .BA2 files and putting the files you get out of that into the main mod's folder. Hope this made sense and helps.
This thing looks great, especially when a raider comes charging at you with one. :)
It does seem to spawn on raiders and gunners a little too frequently, so a version without the levelled list injection (or a much reduced one) would be appreciated. Completely understand if you'd rather not though. :) [Edit: Seems to be less frequent at higher levels, probably as more weapons enter the list. Feel free to ignore this request!]
It's easy to remove them once you know how, it's harder to adjust the frequency it appears without creating your own injection list. But the point of asking is so the mod author can make it available for everyone if they want. :)
I 'll try out the mod ! there is an older mod on the site here. but there was a problem with him . the mod worked . but Tomahawk didn 't see the weapons bench . and it was not possible to raise stats . and then the game started to crash ! I deleted the mod ! now I see the reincarnation of fashion . I 'll try it out !

Great job
I tried using ESLify in the past and it never seemed to work why can't you do it, goodbye2007? Surely you are more experienced as a modder....?
Here's a tutorial for FO4Edit that takes about 3 minutes: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/35922
