UPDATE - I just posted a new file with a more flexible save, including choice of faction and gender here.

All "Valuable misc items" are located inside a safe behind the cupboards in my house on the third floor
There are 3 "qasmoke" chests located behind the house (incase you go all out cheating) contains all weapons, armor, and consumables
