Loading this without the mods I used should give you no problems at all. I don't use heavy mods.

Also, I totally overlooked Gunner Plaza, i'm a terrible person :<

Basic Stuff:
-lvl 232
-choice of male or female (or DJ Khaled :p)
-completed all quests i could find (literally walked the entire map 5 times)
-some RE's are still missing - random events
-a crap ton of weapons, armor, legendaries, and all uniques (unless i missed one or two)
-spectacle island tower, with a giant water treatment plant and farmland, trade center
-max perks
-all bobbleheads
-all magazines
-most companions max affinity (main story companions must be done yourself)
all of my stuff is in a hidden room in the spectacle island tower
(move the rug next to the couches and walk in then cancel the movement to place it back.)
-all companions at red rocket truck stop
-999 homing beacons (cause why not)
-ALOT of collected junk (tech, minerals, prewar stuff)
-20k building materials at spectacle island for whatever you want to build.

IF I LEFT ANYTHING OUT PLEASE FEEL FREE TO COMPLAIN ABOUT IT AND ILL HAPPILY FIX IT :D

I also had a bunch of mods active so if anything bugs out ill repost this fixed and hopefully i wont have to.
