On a general note, I wouldn't recommend applying this to every NPC in the game, as I believe it can get pretty performance-heavy, not just because of the higher poly but because it will generate facegen for every NPC on-screen at game load.
Thank you, I have added the version with Female only / Male only / Selected All. I'm running a pretty nice setup (i9 + 2080S) so the performance hits are not soooo noticeable but it's good to have choices :))
On today's Nov 15th, browsing the bug sections of some of my mods (I mainly make skse plugins for skyrim), I just realized I have totally skipped your first comment. Sorry :)) Would you be kind to enlighten me what's need changing for seamless females? Isn't that a mcm option linked to papyrus script if I recall right?
Thanks for following up. The MCM options are quick n' convenient ways to apply the seamless stuff on the player character in-game. It can be done through plugins too for NPCs. You would need to make 4-5 changes to the NPC record; - Apply a seamless skin set (from the hipoly plugin) to WNAM - Skin - Apply a seamless head texture set (from the hipoly plugin) to FTST - Head Texture - Change the head+headrear parts to their seamless variants (PNAM Head Part) - Remove any 'Neck' keys from MSDK - Morph Key (very rare, you can probably ignore this).
If you want to check exactly what changes need to be made, consider comparing the optional seamless curie plugin (from the HFR page) with UFO4P plugin.
I know this is a couple years old now and a long shot, but did you ever find a way to do this with a script? This one is great but the few additions you mentioned would be awesome.
It's only procedure, the unsed masters will be removed at the end. Don't worry, just let it run!
Edit: didn't see the bolded texts. You could apply a filter for NPC_, and then start xedit again only load those filtered plugins that contains NPC_ records to avoid hitting master limits.
It's not really an issue. I've applied the script to around 70 hand-picked plugins succesfully. But if you try to select all plugins, you can't possibly apply it, because xedit will just give you an error and do nothing. People playing around with 600+ plugins can't "select all" as you've suggested.
I had this issue as well, my non-light plugins are right up to the limit (255) and I tried applying the script with the filter and it kept failing, giving a "too many plugins" error. So before opening FO4Edit I disabled about 10 plugins that I didn't need to patch and applied the filter and it worked, so may need to just disable some plugins if you have a ton.
Weird thing is I did it again with my new plugin as the last plugin, all plugins enabled, and ran the script applying it to the last plugin and it worked...
No matter what I do I keep getting "Load order FileID [22] can not be mapped to file FileID for file "Hipolify NPCs.esp" I looked up this error and it's an error xedit throws out with masters being out of order in the load order thing is I haven't touched anything in my load order since I started playing again three days ago.
Did you happen to sort the load order either manually or using LOOT? Plugins need to be placed below their respective masters, also if you would provide me the name of the plugin index 22 in your loadorder please, you can see the mod indexes in MO2 right side panel
22 is Azar's ponytail hairstyles and secondly, I manually sorted my load order and my game would've crashed days ago when I first started playing again so it's not my load order.
Game would not crash if the master file is misplaced, I have Azer's ponytail installed as well along with other 200+ mods. I suggest maybe using LOOT to sort the list?
Welp, sorted, same error, and this time it was fileID 17 which again is Azar ponytails. I'm just gonna move on from here. Neat idea of a mod just not sure why it isn't working for me.
How about trying deactivating Azar hairstyle before loading XEDIT, and activate it again after making the patch? AFAIK Azar hairstyle does nothing with NPC heads, it is indeed weird that I have not encountered this problem with Azar mod active in my loadorder.
Hi there, I had the same problem with Azar's ponytail hairstyles. I ended up moving the esp file out of my data file. Then Eyes of Beauty gave me the load order FileID error, so I moved it out too. After that, the script seemed to run fine. Copied both esps back into my Data folder and reactivated them in my mod manager. So far so good...
Not really a fix since any mods that are dependent on the removed ESP's cannot be loaded into xEdit, making the script pretty useless for folks trying to use it for mods. I think there's something wrong with the script itself that is causing this, such as not properly adding everything as a master to the new plugin.
The problem is with the latest version, I have version 1.0, I tried it and it worked perfectly and patched everything, then I tried the latest version (v2.1) and it didn't finish patching due to the same errors as the user above, I even tried a dummy empty plugin of the affected plugins (azar's hairstyles and the eyes of beauty) and it still didn't script.
Thankfully the older version I have (v1.0) patches perfectly fine.
Same Error as Rawr40k , getting it with The Eyes of Beauty.ESP For reference I'm trying to Polify "Heatherv2" ( Did it manually since it is just 1 record, worked perfectly fine) and "Wasteland Heroines v2.0"- AIO install. Eyes of Beauty is a Wasteland Heroines Master so I cant just not load it right?
Would a script like this be possible to fix the head rear of female ghoul npcs? I've installed a few cbbe headrear fixes, and some ghoul npcs always seem to slip through the cracks.

Again thank you for the great mod!

EDIT: OK, I tried it. But it always adds ALL plugins as master, even when patching only 1 plugin, so it always fails because of the plugin limit
Now that Synthesis has proper Fallout 4 support, would you consider? Pra already made the first Synthesis patchers.
edit: nevermind, it was just vortex being vortex. Gonna test in a few.
