Patches MAIM and S7 Skill System to work together. There's a few perk conflicts, but the main issue is the Apply Combat Hit Spell overlap. MAIM's effects have been added to all of my XP spells, and with minimal testing, it seems to work.

Resolves perk conflicts and Apply Combat Hit Spell conflicts.
Note that MAIM really buffs Big Leagues, so I increased the damage buff but in S7 Skill System's way (adding to the base damage, rather than a multiplicative bonus; keep in mind S7 Skill System already adds a multiplicative bonus of 1% per skill point for the melee skill)
I did minimal testing for the Apply Combat Hit Spell, but it does seem to grant XP and put MAIM effects on enemies. Remember, minimal testing, so I'd appreciate if someone could tell me if everything works fine. I play with minimal HUD currently, so I don't even see enemy HP.
