Instal manual :
1 - Extract in Game folder.
2 - Change Fallout4.ini ( located in the same folder that your saves folder is in )
where sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\
to
sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, TEXTURES\, MESHES\
Or use NMM
