The Sanctuary , Complete rebuild , All house are accessible complete with doors interior\exterior and closet door.

Please pay attention !
Before activate this mod take into account the following:
1.- Be sure you make a backup save , you never know what will go wrong.
2.- If you start a new game , finish the first mission with Codsworth (you know, when he greets you in town and you go mosquitoes hunting).
3.- Don't scrap anything , especially the ruined houses , otherwise you will have invisible houses.
Now after you took into account the three steps you can activate the mod.

No more Four mods , it will only 2 : The sanctuary and The sanctuary W ( without tree modification )
The Sanctuary
The Sanctuary Town is complete rebuild :
- The terrain is heavy changed
- Navmesh redone , NPC can enter all houses
- New road instead of bridge
-All houses is accessibile
-All houses has door interior\exterior and closet door
-All house are repaired and have windows
-All house have kitchen furniture
-Fully equipped bathroom
-You will find in town 4 different color house
-New texture for house interior\exterior
-Every house has a functionally sink
-The Power Armor T60 AtomCat No Helmet is on the desk like a toy :)
-Red Rocket is repaired thanks to VlitS
- Street Light between Sanctuary and Red Rocket
-Live fish

- Within this folder you'll find a number of .ini files.
- Open (or create, if missing) Fallout4Custom.ini with your favourite text editor (i use Notepad++).
- Add the following lines to your Fallout4Custom.ini
