Returning to Point Lookout has been amazing, but in my heavily modded Fallout 4, I noticed that my load order was overwriting the changes Point Lookout makes to the Commonwealth, resulting in flickering buildings and invisible objects. The correct way to fix this is to fix all the mods that are needlessly overwriting Point Lookout's precombines.
The easy way to fix this is to just redo the Point Lookout precombines after all the other mods. Thats what this does.
Reapplies the Riverboat Landing worldspace and Dunwich Borers cell precombines from Point Lookout. Place near the end of your load order. If you still have missing walls and walkways, it isn't near enough the end of your load order.
