Use hotkey G to open the Interface. Hotkey V to cast the spell. Some spells will cast immediately after you close the interface like stealth field, slow time, and energy shield.
You can change the hotkey using the holotap which can be crafted in a chemistry station.
KNOWN ISSUE:
Enchanting fists will take effect when you use heavy attack and actually hit an target that is not an object.
Enchanting fists will not take effect when the target is blocking.
Enchanting fists only work in third person mode....
