I've found somethng that looks like a bug. Raiders are given .45 rounds instead of .38, so they cannot use guns and just punch me.

When I installed this it asked me for file conflicts, and it seems to say that the ESPs both conflict with each other. I went and chose this mod to overwrite the other one but it seemed to make it disappear and I didn't find a Sten with the console. Maybe I didn't deploy it or something during that time but it seems this error may cause the gun not to appear when it is supposed to.

Did you follow all the instructions?  I mean installing the original mod and then installing my mod with an overwrite.  Sten.ESP in the original should be replaced with sten.esp by my mod.  If you did everything right, you can start a new game or check the PipeGun at the weapon workbench, after which you will see the new parts of the new weapon.  If you don't start a new game you will see that your PipeGun has no textures, install the new parts of the new weapon on the weapon workbench or start a new game unfortunately.
