Removed EM2 Mark9; the mod just has some issues.
Removed ECO as a requirement. Unfortunately had to remove some modcols that made things more diverse.. ECO updated and changed form lists so I decided to remove this and will have future object mods update internal to this mod without dependency
Added the Bullpup Bozar as the new NCR Bullpup Rifle.
Changed a few stats, made the US Battlerifel (IF54) lighter, adjusted other weights, etc

Added sniper keyword to Point Lookout sniper. Moved the NZ41 to crude rifles (will add modcols next update) in the NCR pack module. "SWAT SMG" change to modcol on the muzzles.Removed the SG Shotgun from the NCR module because sort of redundant.
