So does this replace the sound and ring mods?

  That not a replacer, it's like a new pack of rings for hhs. You can wear a hn66s rings to have the hhs high heels sound when walking like the original but ugly (vanilla) one included in hhs.

  Okay thanks so I use both the original mods then put this after them in the load order? Does it matter if I flag it as .esl?
