Lunar Fallout Overhaul patch for the Handmade Bullpup Rifle
Added lunar crafting requirements
Disabled ammo swap magazine attachments
Disabled laser sights and flashlight
Changed spawning to only add to the Handmade Rifle list (lunar already distributes the handmade rifle into the commonwealth)
Adjusted damage to match lunar changes to vanilla Handmade Rifle
v2 - rechambered weapon to 5.56, to give it some distinction from the Vanilla version.
