    R-Series 1.3 has new animations. I wanted them because the third person alignment and lack of reload bugged me, probably more than it should have. They were also practice for Cadavver, so we(he) got a bit more creative than the old ones. The idea was to strike a balance of faithful (hence no HK slap) and tactical, and to allow Cadavver freedom to try some different ideas.

    Cadavver was incredibly generous in making these animations, and put a lot of work into them. Way more than he needed to. That said, I already foresee some complaints. Keep them to yourselves. I don't care, and neither does he (unless it's an actual bug of course, let me know about those).

    Just out of curiosity is there a way to remove the cubemap reflection from the Carry Handle sight? It's a bit distracting sadly.

    For some reason my R91 doubled its rate of fire and now is outrageously powerful. Any help?

      This is most likely related to a vanilla bug tied to the Handmade Rifle animations, which the defense rifle uses as a base. Try swapping receivers to a different fire mode, then back. Saving and reloading after switching might also help.

      Enter 'help defense 4 weap' in the console. Replace defense with prototype, bozar, machine, autoloader, and/or bayonet to find the rest.

    Amazing mod, but one critique, not a huge fan of that massive overhang on the hand guard on the XR92 and R91, I feel like that should be smoothed out or rounded to fit in with the lower receiver. Kinda seems like in reality something like that would cause problems with equipment and the environment, getting snagged, improper hand motions, and interference with effective use of the rifle itself. Aesthetically it just feels out of place. C1ph3rr's design was top tier, but that's lost to the internet unless you find it on some other filesharing site, and even then that has issues with sound s not working properly (no firing sound).

    Love the mod, adds a ton of stuff that fits my vanilla+ playthrough greatly, but I'm late game now (lvl 75) and I haven't touched one of the guns since far harbor which was tons of hours ago on my playthrough. I really like the mod but I only find myself sometimes using the .308 rifle now.. Will there ever be an official patch that boosts overall damage? Love the mod but I can't really play with it as much as I could in early game.

    The sound design, the animation, the model, all top notch. But dayum are they weak damage-wise

    why does the screen shake so much when you reload or draw the R91?

    I added the 'prototype' weapons into the leveled lists, havent see any yet, but that seems to make sense to me, they are all lore friendly.
    Another side thing. If anyone had the same thought to replace the .223 pistol ammo type to something more realistic (and to be compatible with TRUE DAMAGE), after some research, I changed its ammo type to MUNITIONS .30 caliber, a real world pistol has the same grip shape, so it makes sense.

    In my game R91 gun looks too far away when aimind gown sights, like I have 150 FOV, I can see the entire stock in front of me.

      That may just be how I set them up, they don't have a Y-axis adjustment to move them closer to the camera. If you can send a screenshot I'll be able to tell if it's a bug or how it's intended.

      I seem to be having the exact same problem. But it seems it only happens on iron sights which is very anoying, and would like to know a solution. Thanks in advance and keep up the good work Jkruse.

      Do you, by chance, have a mod that affects FOV, or one that uses a custom skeleton?

      I just made some adjustments that should fix all sight related problems, just look for R-Series Less Zoom in the requirements section.

      I'm really liking this mod so many thanks to jkruse05.
