Canted Optics are not aligned, but Side Aim is working, how to fix?
You're missing custom zeroing data for SIG MCX SPEAR canted optics as they are custom built and not included in the original framework. To fix this, locate your "SideAim.ini" in F4SE folder, and paste the following texts below the existing data:
OK so I might just be stupid but I've been looking for around an hour now and I still have no clue what or where "Financial28 (Mass Fusion Medical)" is. Can someone give a little guidance on where this is? It's the last unique one I need.
Haven't played with this mod yet but Financial28 is the cell code for the Pinnacle Highrise area. I'd wager a guess and say that the Mass Bay Medical is referred here mistakenly as Mass Fusion Medical so I'd look there.
I did have a look around Mass Bay Medical, but since I have Sim Settlements 2 installed the interior is pretty different from vanilla. I'll have another look through with noclip in case a container is in a wall somewhere, but if it is in Mass Bay there might be a soft incompatibility with this mod and SS2

All weapons that I use currently capable of dripping wet during rainy weather, but not the BH MCX Spear NGSW, and I don't know why. I thought of body slots, but this is a weapon mod. Other mods such as Combined Arms do benefit from Wet Effects mod. Hope you can shed a light, on what is the fix.
I hope in the redux it gets better weapon firing sounds for the suppressed firing. Right now unsuppressed it sounds divine, but as soon as you suppress it, it sounds like a vanilla combat rifle with a suppressor on it. I could probably go make a patch tbh and help with that, but I gotta remember how to use FO4edit, its been forever lmao
Life happens and this is all but abandoned. New version never happened, and this is LOADED with bugs. It's unfortunate because the rifle itself is really, really well done.
Not sure what you mean by loaded with bugs but it's not abandoned, a final update is coming to this mod soon, then it's a done deal. A redux of this weapon will instead join the MCX weapon pack I'll be making.
I am curious since I cannot find an update on the redux for this mod if that is still moving forward. I am not a discord user, so I often miss out on updates if they are being released there. Broodahood, are you still planning on that? I understand if it is not since Bethesda has left such a wreckage behind when they put out that "next gen" update.
Wow, you even did custom cartridges with the steel rim. Amazing work. No one can afford to shoot these irl, at least I can do it in fallout now. This is a permanent addition to the load order. Thanks.
Is that why in real life they can come with a semi auto, 3 round burst and fully automatic option from the selector switch? Because they just put in the 3 round burst and fully automatic selections to mess with the newbs???
Just because the switch is there, doesn't mean it should be used lol. There's such a thing as "don't push the red button", especially when it comes to the military and using realistic tactics that will keep you alive. Ask any veteran how often they used their rifle in full-auto in the field... especially when using a scope lol.
Also wik, it takes like 5 minutes *tops* to edit recoil in FO4Edit... Also also wik, there's already a patch in the files section to reduce recoil if that's the issue.
Oh yeah, let's play as a tank shooting with identical 1-3 bursts from the first world war in a game of exploration and survival because we are smarter and it is the "right thing to do"
I have a small problem with the side aim function. I downloaded the both the framework and the patch via vortex and edited SideAim.ini as described in the pinned post, but the side aim doesn't work. Could someone please help me fix it? thx
If you're on vortex, it could be because that you've installed the patch or framework backwards. Make sure you have address library installed, uninstall SA framework and all SA patches then reinstall them in the following correct order:
Edit: Sorry just saw you have the latest version of Fallout 4, SA framework hasn't been updated to work with official NG update, that's likely the reason.
