A clothing and NPC overhaul mod which adds lore friendly outfits to the Caravans, DC Security, Mercenaries and Goodneighbor Guards.

Overview
Caravan Traders
Carla, Cricket, Lucas and Weathers now have their own outfits. Each will now spawn with a specific weapon: .44, radium rifle, 10mm, western revolver and deliverer respectively.
Caravan Guards
Trashcan Carla now has 2 guards escorting her. Caravan guards are now named, are equipped with better weapons, have their own outfits and have had a general makeover. They also travel between locations with their weapons drawn.
Covenant Guards
The covenant compound guards will now spawn with one of two new outfits.
Diamond City Security
The security now have more face variations for male guards, plus added female guards who use the 'even toned' voice set. In addition they will no longer spawn with pipe weapons, but instead will be equipped with the following: 10mm, .44, Assault Rifle, Combat Rifle, Combat Shotgun, HMAR, Laser Gun and Sub-Machinegun. Security will also spawn wearing new outfit mashups, including variants. Danny Sullivan and DC Deacon will spawn with these as well. The two guards at DC's entrance will now wear T-51 power armor.
Goodneighbor Watch
The watch will now spawn with the following weapons: 10mm, .44, Combat Rifle, Double Barrel, HMAR, Lever-Action, Pipe Revolver, Pipe SMG, Radium Rifle and Sub-Machinegun. In addition, the guards will now spawn wearing a wider variety of vanilla suits hats along with new outfit mashups.
Gunner / Misc Guards
Some of the misc guard NPC's such as the ones escorting Dreth, Fred O'Connell, Ness and Stash will now spawn with variant caravan guard outfits including a Gunner version.
Misc Traders
Some of the misc traders such as the Cat Lady and are now named and are flagged as protected.
Parsons Mercenaries
The mercenaries will now spawn with a new mercenary outfit.
Quartermaster's Office
A new interior cell has been added near Diamond City's entrance. Includes 2 new npcs / vendors who will sell the new outfits, general supplies and DLC ammunition.
