   I wish there were more mods to desaturate the whole game. Thank you for the good work!
   
   Now I jst have to find a way to turn the big red pipes to grey or brown

   Looks like there is a file conflict between your mods:
   
   * Blasted Billboards - A weathered billboard overhaul
   * Peeling Posters - Weathered paper based signs
   
   For this file:
   
   Textures/SetDressing/Signage/GhostedSignsQuads01_d.DDS
   
   Can we ignore this file conflict if using both mods?

   I tried it on every load order spot available and I couldn't get it to work. Looks nice though.

      You probably have another mod installed that is using loose files that covers the same thing. Loose files will always overwrite a BA2 no matter the load order.
