Fixes the red warning text for disarming traps, mines, etc. by adding the "No Crime" flag to XOWN records. Since factions such as Synth, Radiers, Children of Atom, Gunners are aggro no matter what you do.

Fixed, traps and mines should no longer affect the corresponding faction.
Fixes the red warning text from traps, mines, etc. by adding the No Crime flag to XOWN records. Pre-combines aren't touched and the mod should harmonize with other mods, since only the correspond trap, mine, etc. record has been modified. Load it after your last DLC addon.
You might ask yourself why? It's simple, for some reason some mines, from hostile factions, are flagged as "Crime" when disarming, it's visually but doesn't make any sense.
Factions include:
- Children Of Atom - Dogmeat - Gunners - Raider - Robot - Super Mutant - Synth
Friendly NPC records are left untouched, same goes for Doors such as those in DC. Please let me know of any problems you encounter.
