Ive always hated the way that rifles are separated between auto and single fire so I decided to make it better imo. in the simplest terms this mod gives you the effects of both commando and rifleman but you only need to level rifleman. Yes I'm aware this is written horribly, i don't care. I made this for myself but if yall want to use it go ahead.
