Reminds me of Blackreach in Skyrim and the giant bioluminescent mushrooms there. Very good work!

I only have your ShroomNormal_g.dds file in Data\textures\Landscape\FLORA\Shrooms\ and 4 edited BGSM files in Data\Materials\Landscape\FLORA\Shrooms\ and Data\Materials\LOD\Landscape\FLORA\Shrooms\ inserted and it works without unpacking and repacking!
Thanks to your detailed description, I decided to take the short route.
You know.. I thought about that but I had been trying to get these damn shrooms to glow for so long so I did one for each, also copied the glow map four times and applied to each but shortened that step. This shortens it even further and I might even edit the post for time's sake with this info! Looks great in the pics and yeah man, Blackreach was definitely the inspiration.
Thank you so much for this! First time I've ever been able to do something like this! My mushrooms now glow AMAZINGLY! I have an issue that I was wondering if you could help me with, I have a problem where even after I've ran my LOD, the textures of mushrooms in the background are purple tell I get close up, I'm not sure if its something I did wrong, or if its caused by having to many textures loading in and not enough vram to do it all lol, I thought I would ask here and see if anyone else has had this issue and might know what I did wrong, or if my pc is just a potato lol. Once again, thank you so much for this, I wont get rid of my mushrooms now ever! I'll post some pictures to.
You packed up all the textures it sounds like.. You should only pick out 4 textures + the glow map provided here. I believe this method is now obsolete so I will be re-doing this in a new project.
Unfortunately the only thing I can do is show you how to do it because the materials/content does not belong to me. It looks like a lot, but it's actually a relatively easy guide to follow.
I am willing to pay you so you go out of your way to get permission from the original mod author of fungal forest/fungal forest retex just so we can have a prepatched version for download.
