It was a good run having done multiple playthroughs with this mod before the game updated. Thank you. I'll just have to create characters to fit the voices (bleh) from now on.
Seems like it doesn't work on the next gen update and the mod author seemingly isn't interested in updating it.
Looks folks will either have to find a fix themselves or wait for a replacement mod to be made. It's too bad you can only use this one by downgrading right now, since it means I can't use it going forward without also getting rid of a bunch of other mods I have installed that are being updated still, with next-gen in mind...
You can use almost all next-gen mods with the old executable with this, Simple Fallout 4 Downgrader The only caveat is DLLs, but most of those aren't getting updated anyway.
Is it not possible to keep in the heavy breathing from sprinting and the "getting hurt" sounds in combat? That's preventing me from using this mod. I don't want my character to have no lungs or vocal cords whatsoever lol
This mod is godsent. I just started modding recently and got the player comments and head tracking mod. At first it's kinda cool. But then it gets annoying and just bland. Will try this mod soon enough
Silent Protagonist F4SEVR caused Nakano resident quest to fail so the guy just loops and you never get on the boat. I think it also causes Preston to get stuck on the "Will you join the Minutemen?" speech looping too. This has been a problem for months, I just never thought it was this Mod until I painstakinly tested over and over. What I can't figure out is why no one else has the issue, but for me it's definitely this mod.

I ported the mod to the VR version of the game and it is now in the optional files. If you want to use it in your VR game just download that file.

Thanks a lot carxt for hosting the port on this page and making your source available.
