Oh I'm actually on PC, the full version of PRP is a bit too overreaching and a compatibility nightmare if you have a lot of location altering mods. PRP Lite is more the modern successor of the old Boston FPS Fix mod which just zeroes in on downtown and the most problematic areas on the map. That way it improves performance while staying compatible with little to no headaches.

I'm using ELFX UIL merged and ELFX PRP patch. You only need to make sure that nothing overwrites precombines in xedit and it works perfectly. ENB HDR version could be more complicated.
I ran it with the Optimization Patch version of ELFX and had interiors missing textures. Seeing thru the walls and all, so I'm assuming it's meant to just run with the original version for now. Everything went back to normal when I disabled this. I'm sure it gets the job done though. Would be dope to see it work with the version from the Patch Collection.
If I recall correctly the OPC Version does not need a patch as prp takes into account. I will have to play test myself but i could make a patch for that version aswell.
Be careful while using Optimization Patches Collection. These are replacers, not patches and some of them change original FormID numbers. It will break patches made for original mods. But ELFX replacer looks safe to use. It only deletes some problematic stuff and forwards UFO4P changes. I didn't have any problems with it. But EnhancedLightsandFX - Automatron has 876 ITMs so you need to clean it as the mod author was too lazy to do it I also use ELFX and UIL merged but you can't get it to work properly with precombines without doing some manual patching in FO4Edit.
While finalizing my load order I've decided to uninstall Optimization Patches Collection ELFX. It only caused weird problems. I advise to use standard version of ELFX.
