About this mod
My personal, more realistic and immersive changes to Movement speed values for NPCs & Player.

Player movement always felt off in FO4... mainly the player moving too fast when running, sprinting felt like I gained no speed at all and certain NPC types were either too slow or too fast inconsistently.
Effect:
Speed of most animals, creatures and robots has been increased. (Sentry Bot, Deathclaw, Hounds, Behemoths remain unchanged)
Speed of Feral Ghouls has been mostly reduced. Their animations look less comical but their lunging attacks and dodges are still fast.
Power Armor walking speed increased, running and sprinting speed reduced.
Player running and sprinting speed reduced.
- Raw Input mod - Its fixes are included in my mod.
3 Files to choose from:
1 - Changes to both Player and NPCs
2 - Changes to Player only
3 - Changes to NPCs only
Misc file: No DLC version for Player + NPC
Plugins have the ESL flag.
Now available on Xbox as well thanks to user KingOfWolves313! Link: https://bethesda.net/en/mods/fallout4/mod-detail/4277712
(I am not responsible for the handling of that version)
Important things to note:
- This was made with 1st person POV in mind. 3rd person POV animations could look somewhat slower or in some cases faster. Movement speed values are shared between 1st and 3rd person however sadly each POV has different animations therefore it is not possible to get equal movement speeds on them via just a plugin.
- Some of the NPC movement entries (such as NPC_Gun_MT) are unfortunately shared with the player character as well. This might be true to some of the Power Armor movement entries too. It took a lot of trial & error to find out and get right.
- It is possible that users of mods which alter Player/NPC animations might get undesirable results - this is out of my control.
- This mod can be Installed, Uninstalled and Updated at any time.
