I think I forgot I use my own version in local, and the public one is called "public". The optional file that move the mannequins probably search for a file with the name I use and not the one with the word public in name. Waiting for a patch you can rename it to the required name. And if you know, I recommend to override your need instead of overwriting in the esp directly.

Uninstall previous version first because the esp file name has changed
