   For anyone wondering (as I did), you need the old version of the BFV StG44 (titled "BFV StG44 (OLD VERSION - NO TR)" under "Old Files" on the mod's download page). The newer update has a renamed plugin and will not work with this mod.

      Hopefully my article explaining how I do this should help people to make similar mods. 
      
      As an aside I am likely to make a combo pack with all of them rolled into one when they're all done (which they mostly are) having on esps.

   Thanks for the substitute! It looks very interesting! It remains only to issue stg 44 (BF5) instead of a laser musket, and then there will be an ideal image at all.
