    awesome!! just the tipe of content i was waiting for!!

    would you consider making the surroundings of the motel part of the settlement? you know, the destroyed suburban sprawl and the shops near it?

      Like the broken down houses around it? I might do, but it will be a separate master file if I do make it

    How hard is it to make one of these type of mods? I want to turn Blackhall Manor into a settlement.

    Tnx a lot for this mod! Can you made this settlement available for building raiders outpost, please? Like a Swamp farm in Point Lookout.  I trying to do this by myself, but i'm dumb :-(

    Hello, when installing the player settlement the mod want to overwrite Fallout Script Extenders own "ScriptObject.pex". Is that very wise to do considering what Fallout 4 Script Extender (F4SE) is?

      Overwrite my mods with F4SE's, my mod doesn't alter anything apart from making the workbench scrapable, just overwrite, it may just mean you can't move the workbench

    Nice to have, but difficult to use as a Settlement. I build a House with two floors, but cannot build a roof. Building Limit seems to allow just houses with one floor. And it is not possible to build anything on the Roof of the Motel, so it is not possible to build a Guard tower on it.

    i tried your mod, and unfortunately, it's not working, in respect, to the fact you cant scrap anything, to rebuild, there are some things that can be scrapped, but not others like the houses. i took  the liberty of extending the borders in creation kit, for my own use, and i found i cant scrap those old houses for some reason?

      Pretty sure thats on purpose. Mod is working fine if you can build etc.

      You aren’t supposed to be able to scrap everything, unlike my Lexington mod, I didn’t add everything to the scrap list as there is just far too much in the area, I just did it for the general clutter in the area so that the place can be tidied up a bit and the fence can be destroyed.

      This isn’t a “scrap everything” mod and it was never intended to be, just a small settleable area at the start of the Point Lookout, that’s what I advertised it as and in that respect it works fully as intended. If inbetween work I get free time I might gradually add more to the scrap lists, but for now this is only intended to be a settlement.
