About this mod
Turns the Homestead Motel in Team Capital Wasteland's mod into a player settlement, moves a door to a motel room towards the interior side of the motel, and makes some fences on the outside scrapable.
All credits go to the Capital Wasteland team for their incredible effort and amazing mod, Point Lookout for Fallout 4.

Hi all, here we go again with another settlement mod! Though this time, we traverse the high seas and head to Point Lookout...
This mod converts an early location in the Point Lookout mod, into a fully functioning player settlement, fully equipped with supply lines, working settlers, and the ability to send followers to Point Lookout before finishing the main mod storyline! (Be advised, followers still probably won't function or be able to follow you, as it is not intended in the main mod!)
Some fences around the perimeter are now scrapable, along with the general clutter (traffic cones, barricades etc.) and one of the exterior motel room doors has been moved towards the "interior" of the motel yard, for all those lazy players that didn't want to take a few extra steps to the outside of the motel (me included.)
Absolutely no assets were created by me, all credits to the team who made Fallout 4- Point Lookout, the only thing added in by me is a workbench, I added a couple of items to the scrap list, and a door has been moved.
A "Move That Workbench!" compatible version will be on the way shortly, as this mod also makes all workbenches move and scrapable.
Any issues or suggestions for other settlement locations, let me know!

Update Version 1.1 - Removed the accidental edit to Lexington Apartments (Vanilla Fallout 4), should now work alongside the mod "Lexington Apartments - Settlement"
