Use this if your hair is clipping through the helmets provided in NCR Ranger Veteran Armor. I personally use Commonwealth Cuts and my character's hair was clipping through the helmet. I applied a few edits in FO4Edit to remedy the issue and now it should be all good (it worked for me).
[Installation] Just install with a mod manager and override the original mod or put in the data folder and replace the original esp.
