I have both VAFS and CW Mysterious Stranger in my load order but haven't gotten the perk nor activated it yet, so I'm rather curious what this mod patches exactly.
Vafs has its own version of mysterious stranger (identical to the original f4 version) that replaces the normal stranger that cw changes. so you wont see the classic stranger if you have vafs without this patch.
