Have you been to Covenent? The test they give you for admission is familiar on its own right, but it reminded me of the beginning of Blade Runner. "What's a turtle?'
how messed up is it that they're doing a sequel. It's fairly obvious that Deckard was also a synth from his interactions with Edward James Almos detective and the origami figurines. How are they gonna do a sequel when he would have died after a couple years?
I think the concept is that Deckard's generation either didn't have a life cap or he found a way around it. Hearing Ridley Scott's description of the opening scene made me curious, though, so my ass will definitely be in a seat!

One of my favorite sci-fi flicks of all time. Saw it when it first came out and years later with the release of the directors cut. Both times were with dates that had no real understanding or love of sci-fi. In my opinion the directors cut is the better of the two, Harrison Ford's voice over was a nice touch and reminiscent of an old 1930-40's detective movie but it wasn't actually necessary. The studio insisted on it being added so the audience would 'get confused' as if they didn't understand the target audience. Anyway, a lot of very subtle audio clues were covered over by the Vo, especially in the Tyrell building before Leon's Voit Kampff test and in the police station when Deckard was more or less press ganged back as a Blade Runner.
Hopefully the sequel is still in the pipe and it ties up as many of the loose ends Blade Runner left at it's end.
I' be sure to use this mod in mt next play through
Yeah, I'm gonna guess that's the specular map as I didn't edit those (or the height map). The inside of the original costume has a sort of shiny satin thing going on. Like I said, this was quick and dirty until the G.E.C.K., but now that Johanzu has pointed out the Nick Valentine trench/tie combo, I may be doing another version!
Does the trench coat guy have a tie? This was the closest thing I could find. I'll take a butcher's and see if there is one, because I'd like to do it proper. Like I said, I had this suit (found it completely by accident way before the quest to go look for it), and, once the Synth element came into play, I just felt like being a post-Apocalyptic Deckard.
