About this mod

Some world containers respawn loot in 12 hours (48 and 6 hours optional), ignoring the cell reset timer. Contents are related to nature of the container.

TrashRespawns make some world containers to respawn a bit of loot frequently,
allowing you to scavenge for junk without feeding dumb settlers and even having a settlement.

Specifically:
Trash containers, news stands, mailboxes, some footlockers contain generic scrap items.
Milk machines, fridges, freezers, contain cheap drugs and packed food.
Dryers, washers, some footlockers contain clothing.
Cash registers contain pre-war money, cigarette machines contain cigarettes.
Supermutant gore bags contain animal parts and raw meat.

How does it do it:
Quest-related, locked, too common containers (crates, tables, drawers) not affected.
Affected containers have [TR] in their names. 
Reload the cell (enter-exit) to be able to take respawned items, respawn takes 12(48,6 hours optional).
It does not depend on game's respawn settings or Survival mode's modifier.
Containers are not meant to be workshop buildable, but some mods will allow you to.

Technical:
Requires Nuka-World.
42 vanilla and nuka-world CONT records edited, pick-me-up machine script used.
No worldspace or leveled lists edited, containers will respawn modded items and
will have TR functionality in modded cells/worldspaces as long as they use
vanilla containers and LLs.
Place below mods that edit vanilla containers. It's an ESL-flagged ESP so it does not affect your 256 ESP limit.
Containers restock on cell reload so no performance hit.
