    Added new version 1.1, 3.7.2022:
    - added 4 new wall snappys to match up with standard height
    - added 3 new ceiling snappys so you can snap the posts under ceiling elements(see new screenshots)

It supports anything that makes use of vanilla mesh keywords. I don't know if the CWWP qualifies for that.

Thanks for feedback... I'll try it out and see. I think MO2 will show a notification if its not compatible.

Many thanks for these releases mate!

Please, dont mind my question but, could you make square red carpet and the floor mats snap on the wood and concrete floor?

All floor deco elements snapping to all possible floor building elements? There are per se no "on top of floor" snappys, so I'd need to add custom ones. This sounds extremely unreasonable given the amount of elements presented.

"All floor deco elements snapping to all possible floor building elements?"

No dude, nothing like that, just one red square carpet and one floor mat (the big one) to snap on one wood floor (and if not much of a hassle, one concrete floor).

All your snaps, are belong to us!

Pick the one that suits your needs. There's even one on the Nexus.

There is I think like 2 carpet mods with floor snapping and between the 2 the choices are massive both custom stuff and base game stuff.

Can I replace the file in
"...\Meshes\dlc02\setdressing\workshop\ConcreteWalls\WorkshopConcreteWall03.nif" (19.4 KB) from the Mod "Cleaner Concrete Structures - Wasteland Workshop"
    with its file
"...\Meshes\dlc02\SetDressing\Workshop\ConcreteWalls\WorkshopConcreteWall03.nif" (19.6 KB) without any problems replacing the existing mod?

The files in DLC03 and DLC05 from their Mod are new.

Thanks for your homework, which Bethesda must have skipped.

No. You'd have to edit either the .nif of that other mod to add snap points, or you need to edit the .nif of this mod to make it use the clean texture variant. I guess the first choice is more easy, since I don't even know if the base game has a "clean" concrete texture variant.

Thank you for your quick response.

I will first test if the clean texture responds to the new .nif.

PS: I'm not a modder, just a small user!

It can't. There is no "dynamic" internal function that allows for such magic in Bethesda sandbox games.

Thanks, everything snaps, even my character a snaps

      Spoiler:

Ok dlc02 post loads old original texture. Didn't know what she looked like anymore. But you already knew that.

But why not load the new texture when the *.nif gets a new function. The shape stays the same...

I compared the 2 .nif files from the 2 mods in NIFSkope and in the new .nif with new function I just swapped the path to *.BGSM with new texture and already it looks like it should, now with the new Snap function! Ui... but I'm not a modder, just thinking logically.

Man I hate to ask but any way you can make no dlc version? I'm currently stealing post from greenhouse roof build in Snap and Build. Works okay but that snap point on yours would be outstanding. Godspeed amigo...

Because it is FOR the DLC. You can't have a non-dlc fix for dlc.

Doesn't have to be FOR the dlc since one of them is already used in Snap and Build mod in the greenhouse. Just no snap points which is what I want. I use the post all the time with no dlcs.

Adding snappys is really easy. You can do it. Yes you can.

"Why the fuggedy fug wasn't that in the base game to begin with?" Yes, I'm coming upon this question quite a lot myself. Specially regarding building stuff.

Thanks to modders for fixing obvious stuff Bethesda misses.

Oh, I'll add I do use posts to block gaps in fences when things don't fit, so there is that use...

Yes! And I put lights on them in the middle of the desert when nothing else is available or I need a tall support somewhere. Modders MAKE this game in my crawl out from the fallout world. And today I just learned the best trick right out of the box, by a modder, to build and build and build with NO limits with NO mod whatsoever! With NO DLCs!   "I'll be back"......
