Thanks for this patch, unfortunately it didn't work with 2K LooksMenu Customization Compendium ba2, the extra makeup options disappear, when I use the Realistic Crippled Limbs Effects patch my makeup is back. Maybe you could make a patch for it too, cause I am not familiar with such things.
It should work without problems since 2K LooksMenu Customization Compendium ba2 as it says replaces textures in the ba2 files with 2k files. It also replaces the plugin file(as my patch does) so things could be different or he included the plugin file without an actual reason.
