Makes the Fourville bobbleheads have a glowmap like ETSGS

I've been using Easy To See Glowing Stuff because the modlist I'm running has randomized magazines and bobbleheads, and it makes them much easier to find since I don't feel like looking at every single corner throughout the map. I noticed Fourville has bobbleheads, but ETSGS doesn't support it since Fourville has its own materials for its bobbleheads. This mod makes the Fourville bobbleheads glow the same way as ETSGS does.
I'm going to assume you have mods installed beforehand since Fourville is obviously required. It's just two folders, but as usual a mod manager like MO2 or Vortex is highly recommended to prevent overwrites.
