Gunner Conscript's helmets doesn't work for some reason, even though they are in the formid list. I also tried increasing their damage protection to 8 (since vanilla BLD damage protection threshold is 7) but still no luck. Lowering threshold also didn't help. Even enabling Formlist protection doesn't seem to work. Maybe there is something about conscripts themselves since they are the weakest of the Gunners.
Edit: Increasing helmet protection to 8 seems to actually work sometimes. 1 of a 10 conscripts survives a bullet to the head. Though I am not sure if it's a headshot not registering properly or there is some dice rolling when it comes to low level helmets.

It's work but some helmet like (xx100BBF) dont work, idk why :/
Edit: its look good now, not sure why some helmets dont work maybe a bug script...
