      honestly, orange doesn't look good any other PA except the T-60 and X-01 imo - idk why, to me it looks cursed on the T-45

   I love this paint job, but it doesn't grant any stats. Maybe something basic like the strength bonus you find on the military paint, or since Victory restores health maybe an endurance boost?

   trying to figure out how to make a blue version of this armor for a potential replacer for the Nuka Cola Quantum Armor... Got no idea what I am doing. @_@

      Sadly i dont have much time for modding at the moment, I haven't even played fallout in over 6 months. But you are more than welcome to edit these textures to a purple colour if you wish. A simple search "how to recolour textures in fallout" in the old google would get you of to a great start. goodluck!

   i have a bug that the arms of t45 are shiny but the paint is visible just shiny

    Could you add the Nuka Cola Victory logo somewhere on the armour? It's a great paintjob and shall enter my game.
