I used this with some other mods that changed Diamond City and didn't find too many conflicts. I didn't make a patch to sort out the conflicts, but simply disabled a few buildings with console commands that were overlapping others. It worked fine. Very good visually and very stable even when added to the mix of my other Diamond City mods.
This wonderful mod is really what I wanted. Diamond City, which was sloppy to be called Commonwealth's Jewelry, even if it didn't have to explore or venture, really looked like a city. Thank you.
Aye, except note the "Diamond" of the City refers to a baseball field, not riches - "Jewel of the Commonwealth" is a sardonic play on words. When entering you're supposed to feel let down as in "gee, is this the prize of Boston civilization these days?" - sadly, yes it is.
I would say it would Conflict with the Bleachers as for Sim Settlements 2 I Wouldn't Know if Sim Settlements 2 adds in things the outer field Bleachers if it does then it would conflict. however if SM2 only adds what appears to be a Doorway in the Wall then it should be compatible. or that at the least it won't block you form accessing that Door.
Sorry to read that it'd conflict with Bleachers - yes, there are other DC overhauls that work with Bleachers but they do too much imho.
Quick Update:It's fine with Bleachers (at least seems so). I loaded this mod anyway (placing it above Bleachers in my order) and it was ok. I could walk around DC and use the Bleachers' entrance as normal. Now, I'm no expert and haven't "played out" the Bleachers mod (I'm just using my completed 1st playthru to test-load mods for my 2nd playthru) so there could be a Bleachers quest that involves significantly growing, encroaching over to the same stands as the shanty, but not that I'm aware of. Anyway, I've uploaded a pic with markers (it's a bit dark and snowy, but enough to show the areas concerned). As you can see, the Bleachers is comfortably over to the left of the shanty area. Btw, nice mod, thanks for sharing. Endorsed.
So simple, but very immersive. I wish Bethesda would've done that. They've finally added random NPCs walking around the Town doing random stuff, so why not make the City look bigger? I hope they'll do both things for the next TES- or Fallout-Game.
Also great Job that they're just "there" in the background with no other purpose. Not some Doors leading nowhere or to leading cells with no purpose or some random stuff.
that would require texturing and I have No skill in doing that, so unless their is a Modder's Resource you could point me towards I cant do that myself.
