This patches the conflict between Nanakochan and Horizon; allowing your companions to gain XP normally and balance NPC stats.

Patched for Hz 1.9.4d
Changes:
-Allows Companions to gain XP
-Adjusts NPC stats and HP to Hz standards
Changes needed:
-Some NPCs may have seeped through the cracks
-New NPCs have been added by Hz and may need to be looked at.
Notes:
-Once you recruit a companion, check the Field Kit to verify the companion is gaining XP. It may take a couple minutes for the game to update. Kill things and explore new areas for quickest
-Might change NPCs to have female voices and hair in the future
