Anyone who can figure out how to make the Minutemen spawn with their correct ammo, and upload the bug fix to Nexus for everyone, gets a Scooby snack. Possibly even two. By all means, upload the bug fix as your own mod and inform me so I can link it as required. Unfortunately, the issue is beyond my skill to heal it seems. It's probably a relatively simple fix, too...
As for people having Minutemen not being replaced, you have a mod conflict, or forgot to install a mod. Apparently ODST Armor conflicts with this.
If you open the weapon in CK, towards the bottom is a section titled "Ammo". The misriah weapons have an ammo already selected, but some of them, the "NPC Add Ammo List" is blank. It needs to be set to the same ammo that is on the left.
I would upload it for you, but I am not sure how you managed to get an .esp file to use another .esp as its master file.
Think I fixed it now. Issue was with Misriah and MA37 not being set correctly to spawn with the right ammo, also weapons have different ammo types. Did what I could to ensure that they now work consistently. https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/72255/?tab=files

The XB1 version was updated along with the main mod here. Should be compatible with saves and so forth, just leave the area that has Marines spawned and come back later, should be enough to reset them.
Not sure if anyone still responds to these but looking to see if anyone knows how compatible this is with "We are the Minutemen" mod, as that also edits outfits and weapons, but VortexMM doesn't seem to pick up any conflicts so i cant ensure which mod loads first. Any help will be appreciated.
I made sure I had everything installed correctly but the Minutemen spawn with the UNSC armor but their weapons are still the vanilla weapons. Is there any way to fix this? Edit: I fixed the issue by moving this mod above the required weapon mods
Do you need the https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/40409 rifle mod? It is totally incompatible with this mod. You could spend all day with the FO4 editor, it is all red. I can't see how it can possibly work. I guess you are stuck with editing it, it uses the esp. A shame. It must mess something up, not that I use those weapons.
Looks nice, but I think the optional Vertibird textures would be better if it was green and had a variety of decals like the UH-144 Falcon had. I mean, the thing's pretty much a fat and out-of-shape Falcon already.
Pit there isn't an actual UH-144 Falcon added to the game.
