    It would be awesome if these were integrated into automitron dlc npcs. The chaos and desporation of some of the parts would seem more immersive for a toothpicks and duct tape operation like automatron presents itself as. Imo.

    I like this one better than your first one. I'm making a super hand survival mod list and this fits nicely. Toothpicks and duct tape.

    Can we still get those Gatling Gauss if Sarge has already been defeated?

      I'm not sure.. i don't think the game retroactively adds stuff to destroyed enemies.. this is meant for a new playthrough. You can console spawn them, i guess, since a misc object is used in building the gatling gauss arms

      Maybe after completing Old Guns, the Gatling Gauss can be sold by Ronnie Shaw. That way, players who downloaded after Old Guns can still have a legit way of getting the weapons.

    I posted this on the first mod as well, but i figure i'd ask here too. Do you have any plan for a patch for horizon 1.9? If you don't, would you be ok with someone publishing one?

    I made some Automatrons with these new parts, and lemme tell you, I had more fun customizing this than the first one. I'm especially fond of that new Hydra body. I hope if you update this in the future, you can add more to the Hydra system, like porting the base Assaultron armors.

       yes they are meant to be used together. first, and then second over it, because second overwrites one file

      hm.. they could work as a 'minigun' or 'gatling laser' based weapons.. but i'm not having someone to work with atm, i'm primarily a mesh-guy.

      that said.. wasn't there such a mod already?

      if I remember right, the manuevering system used the mr handy animations, but now it uses robobrain animations?  is there a reason for this?

      to make sure the movement looked more eyebot-like, and that gun cylinder rotation worked, i guess

      the eyebot mods look really scuffed when you don't use them together, and gun cylinder rotation only worked on robobrain and sentry legs.

      Well to say it differently, i wanted a robot with mesh weighted to a mr handy torso, that has rotating arm guns, and since mr handy just shakes his, i had to switch. So the robobrain 'legs' with an elevated torso point has worked much better than eyebot or other robot types of movement. True, it makes a lot of other torsos 'scuffed' and floating, but it gives a sufficient illusion of eyebot-floating, for me. 
      I can't say if the vanilla automatron torsos would behave well if they all were weighted to a mr handy torso, but that would fix them, from the angle of my mod.

    It's amazing to bring in a wide variety of forms without DLC's assets. It's a modification of what we originally wanted in the Automatron.
