This is a problem with Project Mojave Outfit Pack's texture overrides, and will occur regardless of which mod you use to build the BodySlide data. PMOutfitPack did this because the dresses show off the wearers' shoulders, but since the vanilla female texture in FO4 includes a bra, PM Outfit Pack includes a modified vanilla barbie doll texture with the bra removed. Every one of the FO3/FNV outfits from Capital Wasteland and Project Mojave that show off the user's skin were forcibly set to use this barbie doll texture -- which means that they're not using CBBE's texture, and thus they're not using the correct skin/UV for the CBBE body when the models are converted to CBBE.
The mod author of this set is almost certainly using a modified version of the Project Mojave Outfit Pack .esl from this mod, so didn't see the problem on their own end.
To solve it, you can do one of three things, depending on your bravery and skill level (don't do all three, for the love of goodness):
#1 (Easy, but wastes memory; just duplicates your original CBBE texture) 1) Copy your CBBE FemaleBody_d.dds, FemaleBody_n.dds, and FemaleBody_s.dds textures over to Textures\CapitalWasteland\Actors\Character\BaseHumanFemale\FemaleBodyNoBra_d.DDS, FemaleBodyNoBra_n.DDS, and FemaleBodyNoBra_s.DDS.
#2 (Harder, but just a quick hack in FO4Edit; makes the texture override point to the default texture, meaning no change) 1) Load PMOutfitPack.esl in FO4Edit. 2) Navigate to the Texture Set / 00DCSkinBodyFemaleNoBra_1 [TXST:FE000837]. 3) Change the Diffuse file path of "capitalwasteland\Actors\Character\BaseHumanFemale\FemaleBodyNoBra_d.DDS" to "Actors\Character\BaseHumanFemale\FemaleBody_d.dds". Repeat for Normal "FemaleBody_n.dds" and Specular "FemaleBody_s.dds" on the following lines. #3 (Hardest, but most technically correct; removes Project Mojave's texture overrides entirely) 1) Load PMOutfitPack.esl in FO4Edit. 2) Navigate to the Texture Set / 00DCSkinBodyFemaleNoBra_1 [TXST:FE000837]. 3) Click on the "Referenced By" tab in the bottom middle/right of the screen. 4) For every one of those references, double-click to load the corresponding Armor Addon, scroll down to the Female Skin Texture line, right-click on 00DCSkinBodyFemaleNoBra_1, and choose "Remove". 5) Repeat until there are no more references to 00DCSkinBodyFemaleNoBra_1 remaining.
Strange problem I'm having: when using this, the Exposed Prostitute Outfit, the Chained Prostitute Outfit, and the Sexy Swimwear all show up with broken skin textures, but they are fine without the mod. Additionally, they show up fine in Bodyslide.
From what I can tell it's only those three, as none of the other items (Male/Female Swimwear, standard Prostitute Outfit) similar to them have problems like this.
Any ideas for a quick fix / where to look for the problem cause?
So to be perfectly clear this does NOTHING to the outfits in the full project Mojave mod? Even though i have that installed I would still have to download the P. Mojave outfit pack for these files to work and no changes would be made to the npc's already in Project mojave?
A zap allows you to remove parts of clothing in BodySlide, there's a box you can check when looking at the outfit... I added some example pictures. So for example on the female outfits I removed a bag, leaving say just the dress.

Bottom, on the right side of the xEdit window by "Messages," and "View," etc.
If you haven't figured it out yet, and for any other inexperienced xEdit users.
